Why do we say we are Pure Lenawee?  It's simple, our state charter limits our membership to individuals who live and work in Lenawee County. United Bank & Trust filed with the Secrities and Exchange Commission on 1/14/10 to consolidate with United Bank & Trust-Washtenaw and has long serviced Monroe County.  TLC Community Credit Union is open to persons who live and work in "Lenawee, Hillsdale, Jackson, Washtenaw, or Monroe County, Michigan."  Ann Arbor, Jackson, and Monroe are part of our "community?"

Or maybe you carry a Chase, Discover, or Capital One Bank VISA.  They don't even have a local branch.  How does that help Lenawee County?

And here's a real confusing point.  Our VISA and loan rates are lower than any of the big guys listed above.  Our dividend rates are higher than any of them. Why would you not first support your local community?  Lenco IS Lenawee County.
